For 2007 The Slide Heard 'Round the World Included a streamed collection of performances presented by Trombone Professor Russ Widener at Wichita State University. The annual event sponsored by Wheaton College features master classes and performances, some presented from around the country by teleconference and streaming video to Rhode Island Students.
